1. Seller Information

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all purchases made through our online store and govern the relationship between the seller (Hologram Team / Primo Amore s.r.o.) and the customer.

They cover:

  • browsing and using this website

  • placing an order

  • payment and billing

  • shipping and delivery

  • returns and refunds

  • warranty and liability

  • customer rights and obligations

By placing an order on this website, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products

Product descriptions, technical specifications, and images are provided on each product page. Images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the final product due to lighting, screen settings, or minor design updates.

We make every effort to ensure that all product information is accurate and up to date. However:

  • small variations in color, brightness, or appearance may occur

  • product dimensions and specifications may have minor tolerances

  • accessories shown in photos are included only if explicitly stated

If a product is temporarily unavailable or discontinued, we reserve the right to update or remove it from the website at any time.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on this website are in euros (€) and include VAT according to applicable EU law, unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but the price shown at checkout at the moment of purchase is the final price the customer pays.

Prices do not include:

  • shipping fees

  • customs duties (for non‑EU countries)

  • additional services unless clearly stated

Any discounts, promotions, or special offers are valid only for the period indicated.

5. Orders

An order is considered complete only after the customer receives an email confirmation.

The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that are:

  • incomplete

  • suspicious

  • contain incorrect customer information

  • impossible to fulfill due to stock or technical issues

If an order is cancelled after payment, the customer will receive a full refund.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. The seller is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer details.

6. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • credit and debit cards

  • PayPal

  • any additional payment methods shown at checkout

All payments must be made in advance before the order is processed and shipped.

Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers. We do not store or have access to full payment card details.

If a payment is declined or flagged as fraudulent, the order will not be processed.


7. Shipping

Shipping details are provided in the Shipping Policy.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day they receive the product.

To use the right of withdrawal, the product must be:

  • unused

  • undamaged

  • complete with all accessories

  • in its original packaging

The following items cannot be returned:

  • customized or personalized products

  • activated software or digital content already downloaded

  • products marked as “final sale”

To request a withdrawal, customers must contact us by email at [insert your email] within the 14‑day period.


9. Warranty

All products sold by Hologram Team include a 12‑month legal warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional issues.

The warranty applies only if:

  • the product has been used normally

  • the defect is not caused by accidental damage

  • the product has not been modified or opened

  • the issue is not caused by improper installation or misuse

If a defect appears, customers must contact us at rl.hologram@gmail.com with:

  • order number

  • description of the problem

  • photos or video showing the defect

If the defect is confirmed, we will provide one of the following solutions:

  • repair of the product

  • replacement with a new unit

  • refund if repair or replacement is not possible

The warranty does not cover:

  • physical damage caused by the customer

  • water damage

  • unauthorized repairs

  • normal wear and tear

10. Liability

The seller is not responsible for delays or issues caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters (force majeure)

  • strikes, transport interruptions, or courier delays

  • technical failures of third‑party services

  • customs delays or inspections

  • incorrect or incomplete customer information

  • misuse or improper installation of the product by the customer

The seller is also not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • loss of profit

  • damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions

 

11. Privacy

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from the purchase of products through our online store will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.

Customers purchasing from outside Slovakia are still protected by all mandatory EU consumer protection laws.
